How Gharamaan works

Two short guides: one for people looking for a property, one for owners and agents who want to list.

Search or tell us what you need
Use the Buy, Rent or Rooms sections and filter by area, type and budget. If nothing matches yet, send us your requirements and we will look for you.

Send your enquiry to Gharamaan
You can call, WhatsApp, or fill in the form on any property page. You do not need an account to enquire. Owners' contact details are not published.

Request a viewing
Tell us the day and time that suits you. That is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We check with the owner and then confirm with you.

Visit the property
Go and see it properly. Ask questions, check documents, and take your time. Our safety page explains what to look out for.

Agree the terms
If you go ahead, the commission terms are agreed with Gharamaan first. Rental service commission is one month's agreed rent; on a completed sale it is 1% of the final sale price. Nobody is billed automatically.

Create an account
You need an account to submit or manage a listing, so that your drafts and private details stay yours.

Fill in the property details
Purpose, category, Bahawalpur area, price, size, features, description and availability, plus your private contact details for our team only.

Add your own photos
At least one real photo of the property is required. You can add up to 15 images (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10.5 MB each) and one optional video up to 500.0 MB.

Pay the fee if you are selling
Rental adverts are free. A sale advert costs PKR 500 per listing, paid before it goes live. It is paid online and confirmed automatically by the payment provider; the advert still needs our approval.

We review it
Our team checks the advert. We may approve it, ask you for changes, or reject it with a reason. Rental adverts go live after approval; sale adverts go live after approval and confirmed payment.

You stay in control
You can mark a property as rented or sold, or unpublish it at any time. Editing the price, description or photos of a live advert creates a revision that we review before the change appears.
