Who we are

What we provide

We publish property adverts submitted by owners and agents, and we act as the point of contact between people looking for property and the people advertising it. We are not a party to any tenancy or sale agreement between you and another person.

Using the website

• You must give accurate information in any form you submit.
• You may not copy our listings in bulk, scrape the site, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password private.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

Submitting a property

• You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to advertise it, and that you own or are permitted to upload the photos and video you provide.
• Every advert is reviewed before it appears. We may approve it, ask for changes, or reject it. We are not obliged to publish an advert.
• Changing the price, description or media of a published advert creates a revision that we review before the change appears.
• You may unpublish your advert at any time, and you must tell us promptly once a property is no longer available.

Fees and commission

• Rental adverts are free to post.
• A sale advert costs PKR 500 per listing and is published only after approval and confirmed payment.
• On a completed sale or purchase, the service commission is 1% of the final sale price. For a completed let it is one month's agreed rent.
• Who pays a commission and when it becomes payable is agreed with Gharamaan before you proceed. We do not bill anyone automatically.
• We do not take card payments on this website, and we do not hold rent or deposits.

Fee duration, renewal and refund handling are set out on our refunds and fee handling page. Where a decision has not been finalised, we say so rather than invent a rule.

Enquiries and viewings

Enquiries and viewing requests come to Gharamaan. A preferred time you give us is a request. A viewing exists only once our team confirms it with you.

What we do not guarantee

Advert content is supplied by the person submitting it. We review adverts but we do not inspect properties, verify ownership documents, or guarantee that a property, price or person is as described. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable Pakistani law.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of your photos, video and text. By submitting them you allow us to store them and to display them on this website while your advert is published. We may remove content that breaks these terms or our listing rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version on this page is the current one.
